Hoogenband!!

Who will you choose?

1. A so called professional swimmer that can't dive in the pool let alone swim

2. The unbeatable dutchman Pieter van den Hoogenband

Funny isn't it. Regardless of who I think will win, I can make one swimmer look much better than the other. Now watch this.

Who will you choose?

1. Some lunatic from Holland who looks like he has down syndrome

2. Ian Thorpe the human torpedo, unbeatable once he hits the water

This simple exercise is an example of how some people can edit and select material and use persuasive and provocative language to convince people that what they are saying is true. Now I'm not referring to someone in particular here, ahum... MICHAEL MOORE.. but ya know. It is interesting.

Apart from anything I've just said. I will support Hoogendband in the 200m final tonight, which should be one heck of a race. Thorpe, Hoogenband, Hackett and Phelps. Bazouw! I would be just as happy for Thorpe to win, but Phelps= major fag.

FLY DUTCHMAN FLY!
