Holy god it's Term 3
This exam week was interesting. I failed pretty much everything which really isn't good. Time to work hard this term because I don't think I can get away with doing no work and getting a 6 or 7, like I did last year. Maths is a problem area, as well as Physics. Chemistry I feel good about, but needs some hard revision. English I think will be ok once we get lots of practice essays and commentaries done.
Friday after Maths Paper 2 I went to my interview for the my exchange. Here they see if you are suitable and ready for an exchange and they said I'll have no problems getting accepted. Excitement. They asked questions like; "how do you deal with boredom or someone telling you off?", "if someone offered you raw fish what would you do?" (the Dutch like their herring). "how will a host family benefit from you?". It was pretty informal and easy.
We had a vengeful match against Scotch yesterday after we lost to them 1-0 last time, which wouls seem impossible. I was not there for that match which probably explains the loss. Scotch's perfectly maintained pitch was a privilege to play on. I noticed I was actually less puffed out running on it, because you're not running knee-deep in the mud like on waite oval. We had a pretty easy win, 6-1, although I was pissed off at the defence because nobody knew what the hell they were doing. It's not that hard to tag a player, seriously.
