Although Ant wasn't quite the first of our year to reach the big one eight, he was the first to throw a partay. This was the first of many 18ths to come this year, and in some cases 17ths...

Ryan, Nick and I and some of the other guys chipped in to get Ant a big stein with a mysterious black rubbery object inside. I'm sure it will be put to good use.
It was a good turnout and with beer and plenty of food supplied, no one complained. The dance floor was looking somewhat empty, but for this I was prepared. I had spent that Saturday morning compiling EuroTrash Volume 2! It contained all the latest beats from the Europe regions plus some classics such as the Macarena.

As I usually don't appear in many of my own photos, I decided to let someone else take the shots for me. Ben Fardell was assigned the job at first and did a good job. The camera then landed in the hands of Carla Raphael who clearly lacks any photography skills. All the photos are ridiculous close ups of ppls faces such that you can barely tell who the person is. With these pictures discarded, here's what's left.

I didn't want to drink too much, because I had been pretty sick that week. Therefore my Dutch Courage was low and I didn't really talk to many ppl. I taught ppl the bricklaying dance move, as well as continuing the sprinkler and the shopping trolley. Good work ppl. Caught a cab home at 1:30, paid him 15 instead of 20, insisting on a student discount. Negotiating with a taxi! It works!

Now for some quick updates on my life:
Tom and I went to see The Interpreter last night with Nicole Kidman and Sean Penn. It's a very good movie. I won't retell the movie so I'll just recommend it to you.
I've reserved my copy of Splinter Cell 3: Chaos theory at the video store, you could say that I'm excited in the pants. I'll leave that at that.
Schwin's All Black played their first game of the winter season against Unley 10's, a new team on Sunday. The fact that they were overly Greek (by that I mean wearing the full Greek soccer uniform as and matching faggot hairstyles) gave us more inspiration to drill these newcomers. Jason took a shot from kick off and scored hahaha. That taught them well. We went on to win 15-11, Maciej, Jason and I each scoring 5. Jeremy played for his first time and he just missed out on a goal. Good start.
