Autumn is here

The 21st of March marks the start of Autumn as far as the position of the sun goes etc.
Honestly it feels like any other day and I'm not feeling particularly sad just because "Summer" is over.

Hell.

You may have heard the rumours that the Shwin's All Black are through to the semi-finals of the Sunday Senior Indoor Soccer B Grade Division. We were able to beat The Bees yesterday, something like 4-3 I believe. Our advancement to the finals depended on the outcome of the match between RSK and the Dee Vee's. We were relying on RSK to win by no more than one goal, draw or lose. And lose they did. 3rd of April is the first round of Semis. So come out and cheer us on!

This should leave nobody doubting my geek origins. I was hacking da Mac back then!

Our angry neigbour somehow became nice today. It all started when we decided to whack a pool in the front yard. She started crying and never stopped, ringing up the council and member of parliament.. It's a sad story. It so happens that over the months we've hit over a substantial amount of tennis balls and we wanted them back! Now because she's an rebellious little lady she decided to keep them all, just so she could rebel. In the hope of a change for the better we put a friendly note in her letterbox asking if we could have our tennis balls back and that we were sorry to hear her husband died (bowel cancer- a few weeks ago). Anyway. She calls up today and hands us a plastic bag filled with 19 tennis balls and a soccer ball. LOL. How lovely.

Now everyone, let's just get through these four days as quick as we can! You the feeling.. when you can't wait for the weekend to begin...
