Best optical illusion ever!

My cousin (from Holland) just forwarded me this e-mail (from Holland) that contains one of the best PC-illusions up to this day. I was so amazed when I saw it i just had to post it. Ok here we go. For the instructions: (translated)(from Dutch)

1. Relax and focus your eyes for 30 seconds on the 4 little dots in the middle of the image.
2. Next, look at a plain flat wall nearby
3. You will see a circle of light
4. Blink a few times and you will see something appear. What do you see? Or better, WHO do you see?

How wikid is that?! OMG
If you did it right you would see the following backwards: suseJ
Looooooord. Ok bye for now!

Edgar (from Holland)
