First two days back, let's recap
Yo,
Well the first two days of school are behind us. And it has given me a small taste of what to expect this year of yr 11 IB. In the comfort of Mdme Davies' homegroup we have a nice bunch of ppl who are all doing french. Meaning we speak nothing BUT french. very french yes. Anyway, apart from all the boring introductions we've had a few lessons. Which were all introductory lessons. So this coming week I'm hoping to get away from that and get started for real a bit.
We've had to nominate our races for the swimming carnival which is next friday already. I've signed up for the 50 doggy paddle :P
Van den H00genband style. aaah h00gs. Today was quite good today when in extended homeroom madame talked to us about alcohol. I can't remember how we got onto that subject but she did let some info slip. We discovered she has a passion for rum, yes rum. And not just any rum, it has to be rum from the west-indies. Because that stuff is just "mwaaaa formidable". Oh yes, it was when someone mentioned they'd been to Bundaberg. Bundaberg renouned for its rum (apparently) but this brand rum, madame too had tryed and "boy that was rough stuff". As a class we stared at her full of inspiration. Boy, rum really does wonders. Other fun times were shared with madame when we discussed the college shop, or now known as "the loveday enterprise". That ticket machine really does it. To buy or order something from the college shop, you have to draw a ticket and line up outside and wait for Loveday to press her remotely controlled ticket counter screen. So every few seconds there's a loud BEEEEEP followed by something like NUMBER 47!?! 48?!?! OH FOR GOODNESS SAKE! WHO'S NEXT. Its great. Especially when madame made a fancy soldiers' salute, stressing the complete overkill of the college shop. ooooh we love madame.
It was later, in lesson four, which is the usual assembly slot on fridays. As it is the jubilee year for Mercedes. 50 years. All these crazy ass assemblies are planned throughout the year, todays being the first. It wasn't too bad, we all got badges and candles, yay burnage. What was next was quite the revelation. A few yr 11 girls coupled with junior school kids went on stage to model some of the early uniform and boy what a display. From all the possible yr 11 models there were: molly, jess bolt, and shannon. Now it is shannon who was wearing some some 1960's uniform, but BOY WAS HER SKIRT THE SIZE OF TEA TOWEL>. maaaaan it really was quite a treat. Those gorgeous long legs... well yes some highlight it was. As we moved out of the assembly a former mercedes goer, Gabby had come for a visit. We were just admiring the sights...gilly got over excited and jeremy was ready to kill when he was told he missed Gabby lifting up her skirt. Poor boy. Anyway apart from Gabby having a nice body. She is the ultimate slurry. Another word i learnt today. Also Mangos visited at lunchtime which was great, coz him and I are teh 1337 h4ckz0rs. Apart from those events. I am looking to the weekend, and then starting the real deal when it comes to school next week.
ummmm i can't think of much else.
ill post again soon
goodbye
god loves you
